Conditions of Participation
Submit materials
To take part in the "Computational Intelligent (Results, Problems and Perspectives) — 2017" (ComInt-2017) conference, you should:
1. Fill e-registration form on the conference web-site.
2. Submit conference paper to the Organizing Committee via e-mail comint2017@gmail.com. The file should be named the names of all co-authors.
3. Receive a notification about conference paper acceptance or rejection from the Organizing Committee (until March 30, 2017).
4. Pay the organizational fee and submit supporting document by e-mail to comint2015m@gmail.com (until April 4, 2017).
5. Inform the Organizing Committee whether accommodation reservation is required (until April 31, 2017).
6. Get acquainted with the conference program, where the day and session of your presentation will be stated (starting at May 01, 2017)
7. Prepare presentation material for the conference presentation. Multimedia projector, computer and software (Microsoft Windows, Microsoft PowerPoint not less than 2003, the last version of Adobe Acrobat Reader) are given for each presentation. Approximate time limits for each presentation are: oral presentation — 10–15 min., discussion — 5–10 min.
Conference languages
The official language of the conference will be Ukrainian, Russian and English.
Paper formatting requirements
Submitted papers should be laid out in compliance with templates available from the conference website. Papers volume should conform to limit outlined in the template 1-2 full pages (4 pages for plenary talks). File type – *.doc (MS Word 97-2003).
Paper review process
All conference papers and application forms will be reviewed by Program Committee. Reviewed papers can be accepted, rejected or marked as “need revision” (in this case the applicant will need to re-submit an updated paper). In any case the new paper status will appear on the application page and will be sent to the applicant’s e-mail. Payment details will be sent to authors by e-mail.
All the reviewers of a paper remain anonymous to the authors and act independently before, during and after the evaluation process. They have different affiliation, are usually located in different countries, and they are not aware of each other's identities.
The authors are always responsible for the content of their paper.
WARNING! Editorial amendments may be making on the text of the theses without the consent of the author.
Student`s theses are published in collaboration with the supervisor.
Right recommend theses for publication remains with the program committee.
Upon acceptance, participants are required to cover conference fees (requisite elements will be sent in a comment) and attach a copy of the payment receipt to the next comment in the application’s thread.
The best conference papers will be recommended for publication in leading scientific journals.

Publication of accepted papers
All papers accepted will be in free access on the conference website (http://comint2015.wix.com/comint2015).
Hard copy of conference proceedings
Conference proceedings will be published before the Conference.
The conference program and conference proceedings will be presented to participants upon registration.
Conference fees
Organizational fee is paid for each presentation and does not depend on the number of authors.
The amount of the organizational fee (gradation students/Ph.D. students/other participants) is defined by the highest scientific degree among joint authors.
Two different types of participation in the ComInt-2017 conference are possible: full participation and correspondence participation.
Full participation is form of full-time participation.
Correspondence participation does not propose personal presence at the conference.

* 1) Postage for book of abstracts delivery outside Ukraine is paid by participants separately. Book of abstracts will not be delivered іn Cherkasy and Kyiv.
2) Book of abstracts in digital form will be delivery by e-mail.
Amount of the organizational fee is shown in Table 2.
